The American Indian Institute is a non-profit agency founded in 1973. The mission of the AII is to perpetuate the ancient wisdom and cultural heritage of North America’s native people, and to promote among all people an understanding of the contemporary contexts of that wisdom. Their vision of a permanent headquarters building became a reality with the purchase of a 100 year old historically registered 3,100 sq. ft. stone house which was converted into a beautiful work place. The new headquarters provides for the first time an appropriate place to receive visitors and hold meetings.
