Built in 1915 this farm house is rich in character. The project included a full remodel of the kitchen & 2 bathrooms. The owners desired to keep the designs appropriate to the original architecture. The kitchen was altered by relocating the exterior door allowing for a more efficient layout & additional counter top. Materials include: custom shaker style cabinets, rich colored soapstone counter tops & traditional white subway tile backsplash. Warm yellow walls, hand painted hardwood floors & floating wood shelves for display, provides a warm charming feel. The master bathroom features artisan made Tabarka floor tile, black marble mosaic shower floor tile & custom vanity painted a rich gray contrasting the soft blue walls. The guest bathroom has a playful Marmoleum checkerboard floor & custom painted vanity.
