Hawthorne Place is a five unit condominium project located in the center of downtown Bozeman. Designed by architect Frank Cikan; 2 and 3 bedroom units range from 900 sq. ft. to 1900 sq. ft. Eleven Eleven design studio was chosen by the local investors to review interior plans and recommend modifications, design kitchen & bathrooms and select all finishes for the 5 spec units. Through the selection of finishes, which include wool carpet, wide plank oak floors, beautiful patterned tiles and warm neutral colors, the condos interiors have a comfortable modern Montana vibe designed to appeal to potential buyers.
